• Your full name
• Your current address, including business and after hour contact numbers
• Your academic background, including transcripts
• Your work history. It is preferable that you commence with the most recent position.
• Referees that can be contacted for verbal references including their contact numbers. It is recommended that you include at least two recent referees who have supervised or managed you and that are aware of your work practices. Not peers. In the case of school leavers, if you have not been employed, then the names of two teachers who have taught you directly for the majority of your final year.
• Covering letter, explaining what position you are applying for and why you should be considered.
